Outstanding customer service... in an era where client service is a thing of the past. Although my project was small, Ken was attentive, pleasant to communicate with, and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend!
Took 7 area rugs in bad need of cleaning/repair to Ken. Came back outstanding - very please the result. Was surprised how well he was able to repair some really bad old/unknown stains and damage.
