The property was lovely and in very good shape overall. It was an older house, but they'd remodeled and besides the plaster walls and narrow driveway we never had any issues. The layout, location, appliances, etc were all amazing.
Maintenance was fast and thorough. Every single time we had an issue we could count on them to fix it and to fix it FAST. And we never got unannounced visits, they always gave plenty of warning.

I have had a wonderful experience with Ppm realty. They have provided me with an awesome apartment, optimal maintenance that comes by at all hours of the day. I always have my lawn taken care of very quickly and consistently. Katie, in account services, has been super nice and answers any questions/concerns I have in a very timely manner. I will for sure try to find a house through Ppm in the near future. They have been wonderful!

I've been renting with PPM for about a year now and what a blessing it has been! I remember how easy everything was with application, move in, and the online website to pay rent! Not to mention how great the staff is everyone I've dealt with has been so kind and easy going.
