“Every artist I have ever seen at Illustrated has been the most incredible and educated nail tech I frankly have ever been to. Specifically the owner Antoinette is simply incredible not only in the way that she does nails but also in how she treats others and runs her business. She genuinely cares about each person that walks through the door and she radiates that same energy through the rest of her staff. This salon is very up to date in being trained and using safe nail practices; everything is always so clean and well maintained. I have been at this salon for almost a year now and will keep coming back without a doubt. I get to keep my beautifully healthy natural nails and visit every 4-5 weeks (and with no chips even tho I am ROUGH on my nails) instead of going every 2 weeks to get acrylics that were destroying my nails and literally painful. I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is and would recommend it to ANYONE it is beyond worth the money!“

“Lovely! She really cared to make sure I chose something that suited me and was so genuine and amiable as a person. This is ~6 days after the appointment. One of the gel nails did unfortunately begin peeling the day after, but she made it clear that I could come back and have it redone if so, I am just sick and moving in :,) the others are fine, and I still love the lacquer pedicure as well!

As a side note, my horrible week ended up catching up to me but she tolerated my collapse as she began helping her next client and was generous enough to offer me a much needed refreshment <3“

“Today I received a refill John is who I go to since I’ve started going there about two months ago. He is very pleasant. His work is excellent however, I did ask for a Moscato” which is complementary “ and didn’t receive it. Mondays aren’t That busy so I don’t think I should’ve been forgotten about overall experience good“

The manicure was really well done and she worked with me to find a color and chrome finish to achieve the look I wanted when the nail color options in the booklet were’t quite right. It was my first time at the salon. Manicures are usually an infrequent treat for me, but I have a feeling I’ll be going back to this salon regularly :)“
