every time I go in here, I have to wait like 10-15 minutes just for someone to come out of the back? One time I waited for 15 minutes and nobody came out so I just left.
On top of that i don’t think the work they do is worth waiting for. I always have to go home and touch up their work because they miss hairs.
The people are always mostly friendly, but I would look somewhere else :(

Spent $40 in five minutes for threading and tinting. The employee says you want dark I say no medium caramel not dark. Within 30 seconds no other questions asked I have color on my eyebrows and look like Oscar the Grouch. When asked if I like, I said they are dark. She attempted to make them lighter, but did not work. Said they will last longer darker darker is better. I would suggest taking time to ask and listen to what clients want Instead of just slapping color on
