Really great first dental experience for my son today, everyone from the receptionist,to the dental assistant (hygienist) to the dentist were extremely friendly and welcoming to my son and gave him a very positive impression of going to the dentist. We also arrived early, were seen early and in and out very quickly

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Snigdha Arora.
Last Thursday, my son slipped in the bathroom and broke his front tooth. I immediately placed the broken piece in milk and took him to this clinic the next day, hoping the tooth could be bonded back since it was still fresh.
Unfortunately, Dr. Snigdha Arora completely let us down. She did not take the time to properly explain the condition of the tooth, what could be done, or what to expect moving forward. She seemed rushed, uninterested, and showed no empathy for a worried parent and a child in pain.
What shocked us the most was that she flat-out said she would NOT bond the original tooth and that she had no time to treat him until September (this was mid-June!). This is unacceptable—how can a child be expected to live with a broken front tooth for three months? There was no concern about possible damage or complications during that time.
Because it was the weekend, we had no choice but to wait until Monday and call around to find another dentist. After several stressful days, we finally found another Miracle Dental location in Wexford. Since we had been told the original tooth was useless, we threw it away. A week later, when we saw the dentist in Wexford, they did a composite repair but then told us that if we had kept the original tooth, they could have bonded it first and reinforced it with composite, resulting in a much stronger and better outcome.
We were absolutely furious. We trusted Dr. Snigdha Arora’s judgment, and because of her misleading and dismissive response, my son lost the chance for a better treatment option.
I truly do not understand how a doctor can treat patients this way especially a child and an existing patient. My son’s dental outcome could have been much better if we had been given proper guidance.
I do NOT recommend Dr. Snigdha Arora, and I will never take my children to her again.

We’ve been coming here for a few years now and as great as they are with their dentistry, don’t bother showing up early, they will not manage to get your appt time no matter what time you set it and they will roll late people in like they’re on a VIP list as you sit and wait in the pleb line for being kind enough to show up 15 minutes early for an appointment and wait for 45 minutes

We’ve always had a good experience here with my two children. Shout out to Merritt who is the sweetest and most patient hygienist!

First off, please excuse the name, I did that when I was 20 and can’t bring myself to change it even if it makes me lose credibility for certain things 😂
I recently took my daughter there (2 years old) and it was her first visit to a dentist… I wasn’t expecting much cause you know, she’s two. But they were so sweet and so visual for a toddler that she was happy the whole time and got a full cleaning! The patience that the doctors had was never ending too!
