Matt Mertz was a little more than the other company, but I was impressed by their thoroughness and due diligence. Eric went above and beyond to ensure he had all the right information and patiently and fully explained the job to me. He also made sure that he talked to the correct inspector with DOMI to find out exactly what was needed to repair the alley to their satisfaction. They started the job promptly and always communicated clearly about what they were doing and when. All of the workers were professional and pleasant to deal with and the job site was cleaned up every day. This was a costly nightmare, but dealing with the folks from Matt Mertz was a pleasure. I never was left wondering what was going on and the job was done efficiently and carefully. I highly recommend them.
