Hi Ashley Guidone! (because I can not reply to your review)I am the first nail technician you mentioned in your review.First of all, I am sorry for your unsatisfied. However, the haft of the truth is not the truth.First, I DID NOT hit your phone off the table. You put your phone on top of your wallet, and you hit it off when you gave me your hand.Second, you had acrylic on, and you wanted to take off to do new set (your appointment for gel manicure, not full set). It always take long time to soak off acrylic. Since I arrived here in Pittsburgh it is the nail salon where I have my pedicure work. Their job is very good. It is not like a pedicure in Brazil where they almost do a feet treatment, but I understand that here they have more restrictions.
