Fred helped replace the water pressure regulator in our home and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service. He was a wealth of knowledge and has been around the industry long enough to point out which parts are expected to hold up and others that aren't as reliable. Our sewer was totally clogged. Called at 10 am, they said they would let me know by early afternoon when someone could come. They were here before noon.Their plumber worked diligently to find and clear the clog, but it was a stubborn one. After snaking all the possible traps and drains they went with a hydro-jet and finally got it cleared.Great care was taken with our property and they cleaned up really well before they left at 4 pm.We had a similar problem two years ago that Gillece charged over twice the amount to do the exact same thing.This is an honest, old fashion local family business, the type that are becoming relicts of a bygone era.
