Just wanted to thank the entire Laughlin staff who assisted the family members of recently deceased William Sheppard. Laughlin has been there for the entire Sheppard family for generations.
Specifically and on behalf of the Sheppard family, I wanted to thank the Mt. Lebanon staff for a very lovely service. Everything went so smoothly and the staff made sure the arrangements were done with care and compassion.

I cannot say enough about how expertly and compassionately Katelyn handled our family's funerary needs upon the death of our mother. I would highly recommend Katelyn and the staff at Laughlin for their expert care.
We are very pleased with the service provided by Laughlin. Leah made a beautiful tribute video which played during the viewing and Kurt was very comforting and reassuring. We recommend.
