Great little shop. It's almost like a tiny museum of ancient tech. I actually went there to get a background check completed. I wish I had some of my ancient cameras to bring there actually. Next time I visit my childhood home, I'll have to look for them cos I would totally bring them here. Service was friendly and warm and the pup that greets you, Alice, is a great attendant and one of the first to greet you when you walk in.

They are super busy, but that is because of the quality and care they put into each customer's device they see. They tried their best to fix my very soaked laptop and updated me periodically through the day despite having an abundance of people through the store. Kevin and Karen were so kind and did not charge for a diagnostic and even helped take my SSD out for free. Kevin tried everything he could to bring my poor laptop back to life, but unfortunately, as he said, the laptop went peacefully. I can rest easy though knowing we tried all we could. My computer had been broken for several months; previously people tried to fix it but failed. These guys stayed open late just to help fix my laptop. It works perfectly now. They even told me how to fix another unrelated issue. 11/10 service!
