DO NOT USE KELLERS CONTRACTINGMr. Keller and I signed a contract on 2/25/22 that detailed 11 home improvement tasks to be completed by April 22nd for the total amount of $41,683. The payment schedule we had agreed to was split up in quarter amounts (though he wanted half) of the total with the indicator of payment being progress of tasks. The first payment was made on 2/25/22 to get the job started. The second payment was paid on 3/10/22. Did not fix the roof as promised. Very unresponsive to calls afterwards. I do not recommend working with this company.
