200 Rochester Road - I called Rich Kopps for a problem I had with scheduling my treatments. He returned my call and was very helpful and apologetic for my problem. Today I had a technician named Guyel (I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly). He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and what products he was using on my lawn. He was polite, friendly, and made sure to let me know when the service was complete.
He even walked around the yard with me and explained what to expect and how long it would take for the treatment to work. I was so impressed with his customer service that I gave him a Pepsi as a small thank-you, and he was very appreciative.

Friendly and knowledgeable guys who have been here. Always glad to stop and answer my questions. After a nice even application they always do an extra clean up along driveway and steps. Glad I switched over to Kapps.
