200 Rochester Road - I called Rich Kopps for a problem I had with scheduling my treatments. He returned my call and was very helpful and apologetic for my problem. He said he would take care of it personally and what happened was unacceptable. I was very pleased with his help and the understanding of my frustration. Thank you.

Today I had a technician named Guyel (I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly). He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and what products he was using on my lawn. He was polite, friendly, and made sure to let me know when the service was complete.
He even walked around the yard with me and explained what to expect and how long it would take for the treatment to work. I was so impressed with his customer service that I gave him a Pepsi as a small thank-you, and he was very appreciative.
