We met with Dennis today to discuss replacement windows for our 80 year old home. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions. We really liked the window sample. It has a lot of nice features and is really well made...right here in the USA. They also have a very generous warranty that can be transferred to a new owner, should you choose to sell the house. We were quite impressed!
This afternoon we had an appointment with Dennis for a quote. He arrived promptly and gave us a great presentation for replacement windows. The product seems very well made and an extreme upgrade over the contractors grade we currently have. Dennis was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us to buy which we really appreciated.

It’s refreshing to meet with a salesperson that knows their business, respects and doesn’t demean their competitors. There’s always pressure to make a sale but it wasn’t uncomfortable. We’re looking forward to 2 bathroom remodels from Joyce! Thanks Dennis for going the extra mile!
