I drive 40 minutes passing so many salons on my way because I have tried others and ?????? has more class, cleanliness, customer service, or skills than this crew here. I struggled with this review for several reasons... Upon arrival, as well as my time in the chair, the staff just wasn't very friendly at all. They didn't speak or even ask how you are, say have a good day or even thank you. I attempted to converse several times and literally got nothing in return. It was so quiet in there I could've napped. The only sounds you heard were the background noises and one employee scraping her feet off the floor back and forth as they walked. I knew the tech was appointment only. So I scheduled a week ahead. They say " you want color only, no nail art right".. No I want nail art. apparently time is slotted based on services. My nails were not finished as asked since there was not enough time and the next client had been waiting. So my nails in pic, although awesome, are not as I wanted. However, that being said... Jack is a pro!!! He made sure every detail was perfect. I watched and watch him work on my nails and was in complete aww at how detailed he was with his work. I e float around salons because I cannot find perfection. GUESS WHAT... PERFECTION AT JJ NAIL SALON. There isn't a single mistake or blemish in my nails. I cannot wait to come here again. I originally came here because I seen the store and looked them up and saw photos of the work done. I absolutely recommend this place. And make an appt. Jack has NO time for walk ins.

Jack & Nina are by far the nicest and most professional artists I've ever met. Very comfortable setting and clean. Very patient and understanding of what design is chosen. FAIR PRICES! Will not go anywhere else after discovering JJ Nails! Also can make appointment thru website which is very convenient!
