First time visiting this salon. It was huge. 14 different technicians. Kim was my personal technician. The salon was very busy, I would suggest making an appointment, but you don’t have to. Wait time was 3-5 minutes. I didn’t have a plan going in as far as color or art. My hands were plain with zero color on, and my natural nails short. I simply asked for something Christmasy. She asked if I would like a snowflake, and I agreed. You can show them pictures you find on the internet and they will try to duplicate the nail art. I came here by accident; was supposed to go to Ross but got it mixed with Robinson (newer PA resident lol). I am so glad I made that mistake though. I was in need of a nail salon out in PA, went to one and it was awful. I scheduled a fill with Kim and it was great! We had to take a detour because the previous work was in astonishingly poor condition despite it being two weeks on the dot, and I agreed. We ended up doing a full set, gel black french-tip. Kim is highly detail-oriented, gentle, and takes her time. I didn’t feel rushed and I’m not a talkative client and she was able to recognize that and respect it, which I really appreciated.
