Jimmy is the best! I've been going to him for years. He is very detailed and a bit of a perfectionist, and that's not a dig. Very reasonably priced. Jimmy goes out of his way to please.

I'm always hesitant of trying a new barber because I usually end up with the same hair cut as the 8 year old that went before me. My concern was soon put to rest by Jim, the owner and barber at Jimmy V's in Ben Avon (Pittsburgh).

I lived in Ben Avon my whole life but never went here because I went to Tony's in Avalon since I was 2. Tony retired last year and I was referred to him by Tony himself as Jimmy is his cousin. Jimmy is now my barber till he retires just the same. Jimmy is a great barber and is unbelievably friendly, funny, and kind. And the building is a gem...you will be hard pressed to find a place like this around in this day and age. It is almost like a mini museum of the 50s. I am proud to have this establishment in Ben Avon.
