Jimmy is clearly a good plumber, but we made the mistake of not getting an estimate and paid dearly for it. If you want to pay $970 to remove hair and replace a tub diverter unit in less than two hours, you will get quality and professional service.
Jimmy has helped us out twice now for plumbing "emergencies". First, he helped us identify and fix a leak after our ceiling fell due to long-term hidden water damage. He was able to fit us into his schedule the same day he came out to evaluate the damage, and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. The second time we called him was when we were experiencing pooling water in our basement. He came and successfully snaked the sewer when others hadn't been able to in the past, which resolved the pooling water.
