Jacob Heating and Cooling provided exceptional service for our heating issue. The technicians arrived the same day we called and quickly diagnosed our problem. They were highly knowledgeable, fixed the issue efficiently, and kept us informed throughout the process. The price was fair for the quality work performed. Had a brand new Trane complete air conditioning and gas heating system installed by Jacob Heating and cooling. It was a complicated removal of the old system, and install of the new system, due to tight access. The technicians were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. The whole process took 9 hours, and they were working consistently. Everything was handled in a most professional and thoughtful manner manner, and they cleaned up well, after service was completed.

Amazing. Super easy and no hassle. I used the app to inquire about an estimate Friday and had an appt scheduled for that Monday (today). I didn't even think they'd get around to installing the new water tank for another week or so but to my surprise they were able to install my new hot water tank same day. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Quick/efficient. I can't say enough great things. They even gave me a heads up regarding my old dusty crusty furnace needing replaced out sometime soon. I will definitely be hitting them up again for that and all the future stuff that comes up. Can't thank you guys & gals again! <3
