Just wanted to commend the crew (Brandon, Jeff, Ed and Jordan) for a great job installing my new furnace & AC this week.They arrived on time, got right to work, worked diligently, cleaned up and we done in under 8 hours. It was a pleasure having them work in our home.Thanks also to Mark H and Michelle for squeezing us into the schedule when we had to go from a planned downtime to a more urgent situation.
After many years of service, I have taken out a maintenance plan from JA Sauer on a new residence because they have always been consistently reliable, with technicians I have always had confidence in. I would readily recommend their service, from office staff to my furnace/AC, to anyone.
