I've been a customer of J.A. Sauer for approximately 15 years now and renew the maintenance agreement every year. Scheduling the appointment with the office staff is an easy process. I always receive a reminder phone call the day prior to the appointment and I receive a call prior to their arrival. Logan was fantastic. He arrived on time and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was having the AC system maintenance performed and he took the time to listen and answered all my questions.
