We are soooooo impressed with Matt of Home Mechanix. He always returns our help calls promptly. If he is on a job, he will give us an approximate arrival and will call to say he is on his way. An absolute professional and caring for his customers. He runs his business the way all business should be run. Perhaps he could have a department that could teach business attributes!!!!! He is, without a doubt, extremely highly recommended. This is not the first time he has serviced our furnace needs. The first company we called sent out someone who didn't know how to fix boiler furnaces and told us we needed a new furnace!!!!!
We went through several other HVAC companies that pushed options we weren’t asking for and quoted us with high and (in our opinion) unreasonable prices before finding Mat. He listened to what we wanted, found what we needed and quoted as a price that was transparent and fair. He communicated well with us, and showed up when he said he would. We were so pleased with his work and he even went above and beyond to reroute an electrical plug so we could have an additional outlet near the heater. Very satisfied customer!
Home Mechanix has been maintaining our HVAC system for six years. They are absolutely exceptional. Easy to make a convenient appointment with, punctual, very polite, and do a crazy great job. Not only do they get things right the first time, they are so respectful of our home. We bought a home with a very complex system already installed, and Home Mechanix helped us understand how to actually use it properly, and they keep all running perfectly. We can not recommend them enough!
