I am a remote home buyer. My agent recommended HICO Home Inspection and it turned out to be great. Alan, my inspector, was about to do the next day inspection and shoot a video for us since we are remote. Afterwards when repair cost is needed, we were given the cost estimate in no time. We had a great experience with Alan. He was very thorough and knowledgeable when doing the inspection on our potential home.We were able to schedule online to find a time most convenient for us, and Alan responded immediately via phone and text with confirmation.During the inspection he pointed out several oddities and explained the reasoning behind each issue and potential fixes for them. He was not bothered by us following him around and asking many questions.
