Took my daughter there for an injured foot/ankle. The provider didn't order an x-ray and told us to avoid tylenol/advil as that would mask pain and cause more injury. Fast forward three weeks later and discover a broken heel at UPMC. While the office location is convenient, they certainly didn't care. I hope someone reads this and reaches out for a detailed report. I'm very disappointed. π

For a Labor Day weekend I was totally pleased with the care received from Tracy and Derek. They both went above and beyond and we're extremely kind and caring. I have never seen so much detail provided by any doctor's office as I experienced today. They explained everything in detail and strived to ensure all facilities and instruments used were sanitized, including their stethoscope. So fortunate the facility was open on a holiday. These two are awesome professionals!

went to this location yesterday to have my son checked out for a cough that he has had for 10 days. it was allergy related as i suspected but wanted to get ears and chest checked. Tracey and Isaac were on staff. i arrived during lunch so i waited about 15 mins - no big deal. great service and the NP- isaac confirmed my diagnosis.
for those who still want to wear a mask i recommend buying some common sense. If you think a $3 mask is going to protect you from any virus you will continue to be a wandering generality. Carry on at depleting your health. Do not force medical personal to wear a mask either!

Unprofessional. If this is how all of Heritage Valley is, itβs not a wonder they are going out of business. Saw Derrick (no idea his credentials, could have been a medical Assistant for all I know) for a minor complaint that definitely could have been handled by convenient care, however was told to take ibuprofen and follow up with specialist. When told that this is what we were doing already at home, he just shrugged and basically told us that we needed to see a specialist. We asked about steroids and you would have thought we were asking for narcotics. From the minute we walked through the front door, before even greeting us, he made sure to let us know that if we were there to have an X Ray, it may not be back for weeks. It was obvious that they didnβt want to see patients. Iβll be calling my insurance company and speaking to patient services as this was unacceptable.

Went today for a sinus infection and was very happy with the service. The girl that checked me in and took my vitals was very pleasant and professional. Same for the doctor - Derek. Took the time to listen to me and fully explained everything I needed to know. Overall, couldnβt have been a better experience and I highly recommend.

I've been there several times for boodwork and a sonogram. Never had a bad time. I'm not sure what it's like for urgent care.

Went in choking from work and they wouldn't even give me the Heimlich maneuver and sent me to the ER... I had to drive myself to the emergency room while choking. Second worst medical facility EVER. If your nurse's and doctors don't know how to do the Heimlich maneuver. You might want to check their fake medical credentials.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. When we walked in, there were only 2 people in front of us, but took about 50 minutes to head back to a room where we waited another 20 minutes. Very disappointed all around.
