Went in for a hair cut. Was nervous as Ive never been here before. Maria instantly made me feel better. She was so kind and made sure this was what I wanted. She even let me make the first cut of my hair. My hair was to the middle of my back and we went just above my shoulders. My hair looks great and feels so much better. Thanks again Maria!

I booked with Christina and genuinely it was the best decision I could've made for my hair. She did gorgeous highlights for me and cut along with my curl pattern, so the layers are perfect. I honestly feel so beautiful, her work is amazing.
Their overall service is amazing too, with a super welcoming atmosphere and kind stylists. If you're going to spend money on a haircut, it should be with best stylists so I definitely recommend Heart of Glass🤍

Not only is this a friendly and very cool salon but the work Becca did for me and others us amazing. She updated my hair, did subtle but beautiful highlights and on the day of my son's wedding, made me feel beautiful. She also styled and colored my grandsughters and daughter in law. I had the best haircut I’ve ever had from Ashley a few weeks ago! I got the same haircut I always do, but she suggested a small tweak because I have a lot of hair, and I can’t emphasize enough how much of a positive difference it made in the overall look. She was incredibly thorough, and for the first time in a long time, I didn’t have to fix any uneven pieces myself afterward. I went to a wedding later that day and got compliments all night!
I’m moving to Pittsburgh from the NYC area, and I’ve spent much more on my hair here while getting far less in service. Ashley completely changed that. She’s talented, detail-oriented, and fun to talk to. I want to tell everyone about her, and at the same time, keep her to myself so that I can keep coming back. Thank you so much, Ashley!

You know that feeling when you think you know what love is, and then the real thing comes along, and you’re like “ohh so THIS is how it’s supposed to be!” That’s how coming to Heart of Glass felt. I have a lot of anxiety and have had a LOT of bad haircuts elsewhere in the past. Becka took lots of time during our consultation, listening patiently through my quirky communication skills to make sure she knew exactly what I was asking for… and then she delivered. And the vibes of the salon? Immaculate. I look forward to my next appointment!
