I was warmly assisted by one employee Chloe then when I returned to follow up a few days ago, the Spa Director looked at me and started intimidating me, telling me I was a trespasser and demanding that other employees come to get me out of the Spa. In the absence of any wrongdoing, how can a business allow abusive behavior such as this. I am still traumatized from the behavior towards me and the hotel has not responded despite my email to the General Manager several days ago. Let's call it bullying at the best.

A Celebration of Life at the Fairmont Spa

I cannot say enough about the incredible staff and service at the Fairmont Spa. This was more than just a spa day it was a celebration of life. After recently marking my second anniversary of being cancer free, and visiting my mom in Pittsburgh, I wanted to do something truly special for us. Having lost my dad and sister to cancer in 2004 and 2019, this day meant so much to both of us.

From the very first phone call, Chloe set the tone for what would become an unforgettable experience. She was kind, compassionate, bubbly, and extremely knowledgeable. She never tried to upsell me on anything she simply provided clear information and let me make decisions. When I arrived, Chloe was just as warm and genuine in person, even giving me a tour of the facility after her shift ended, without ever rushing.

On the day of our appointment, Chris at the front desk greeted us with friendliness and hospitality (I did not expect that from Ravens fan 😊). Cassandra provided me with the best massage I have ever experienced, while Jenna and Tia cared for my mom with such skill and gentleness, giving her both a massage and a facial. Their care for my elderly mother touched me deeply. I could not have asked for better hands to entrust her to.

And then there’s Mackenzie Miller, the Spa Director, whose leadership shines through her team. She arranged a beautiful surprise for us: a table with flowers, fresh fruit, apple juice, and a heartfelt handwritten card that I will treasure forever. Even though Chloe was off the day of our appointment, she had emphasized how important this was, and Mackenzie ensured it was carried out in the most thoughtful way.

The massages were transcendent, the staff went above and beyond, and the experience is one my mom and I will never forget. Words cannot fully express our gratitude.

If you’re considering booking a session or even just a consultation, I can’t recommend the Fairmont Spa enough. You will not regret it.

I heard good things about fairmont spa but i’m having a terrible experience with them. I decided to have my bachelorette party of 8 people there and contacted them way ahead of time to make sure they are available for my party since they have a small space.
After multiple weeks of communication where all the people cced in all emails confirmed multiple times that the date and time is available and they can give us services for the number of people we have, now, today, two weeks to my party they’re telling us they don’t have enough personnel to do our services for the number of people we have on that day!!!!!!! I cannot believe and accept this amount of mismanagement and terrible communication that totally ruined my event.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND trusting them and booking appointments for more than 2 people there.

The staff went above and beyond to make our couples massage special. Chris especially took care of us and the therapists were fantastic. 10/10!

I had the best massage with Elise.. i was here traveling for work and had my afternoon free up..I called the Fairmont on a whim snd they had an opening at 12:15. It was 12 o'clock when I called but I grabbed it and I'm sure glad I did. Her scalp and face massage was like no other and much needed as I'm u see the weather!! I will def be back to see Elise.

My husband and I shared a Couples Total Relaxation 60 Minute Massage. The massage was very rejuvenating and very much needed.
