Shiria was excellent, very friendly and professional. I felt like a new person when she was done. I do think that charging $50 more for an additional 30 minutes is absurd!

Start off Anna is amazing at my facials I havent been here for a long time do to me traveling but when I came consistently anna did my facial and shelby did my massage but shelby no longer works there I recommend if they still have it the 69.95 membership it was a good investment for me in 2023 2024. staff nice when I was there

I just returned from a massage, and tbh I don’t even know what happened, the staff member was extremely too hard , many points during my massage I asked for less pressure, and many times I said “ok that’s enough”. Definitely not relaxing and I wouldn’t be surprised if I get bruising, it really was that bad. The front desk asked me how it was and I said , honestly it was rough, she just shrugged it off , and asked I wanted to leave a tip.

First off Katie my massage therapist is incredible and does an excellent job, I wish she worked at a different place. Now the reason for the one-star review. I showed up for my massage only to find out that they canceled my appointment for no reason... and even though I had an appointment it would be at least a month or so before they could get me in... Most people understand that when you schedule a massage it's more than just one hour, there's the time to get ready and of course the drive out and back... it's several hours involved of your personal time and to have them cancel my appointment for absolutely no reason was very frustrating... it was made even more frustrating when I had to stand there and watch another customer get taken back by Katie to do the massage that I had scheduled. However with that said, everybody can make a mistake and I hoped they would make up for it. The manager told me he was going to give me a bonus massage for the aggravation of driving all the way to Robinson and then having my appointment canceled by his staff...but wanted to check with the owner who was out of town...but returning tomorrow...interesting... it's been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing from the store... this hand and stone is definitely not a place you go to relax... best part when I finally did schedule the massage that they canceled he tried charging me $129 even though I have a gift certificate for a full massage. He didn't even know how the gift card program in his own store worked .From the ownership to the management this place is a disaster... if you want a relaxing experience Go Anywhere But Here...u have been warned.

Woof. Just run away. I got the absolute worst facial of my life here… that was originally handled with professionalism and I just stopped going to this location… Then when I decided I’d like to cancel my membership, the professionalism went out the window and apparently no one knew how to do their job
Front desk is so messy and unprofessional. Then should look into processes to make things less crazy over there.

Was the worst experience I've ever had. The massage therapist actually dozed off a couple of times while performing my massage. The esthetician suggested a procedure which cost me an additional 80.00 and all she did was apply multiple layers of lotion to.my face. I have gone to this location prior and never had any issues, but this will leave me considering going elsewhere.
