I can’t say enough good things about Halcyon and Alli specifically. She always does exactly what I ask for, and has great feedback and suggestions. Alli notices the details and little things other stylists haven’t in tho and my cut is alway perfect.
I was worried after moving from the west coast that I wouldn’t be able to find a salon that felt inclusive and fancy and cute and Halcyon does in all the right ways. 10/10 recommend if you want to feel like a cool city gurl/boi.
I love Alli!!! I’ve been going to her since moving to the area and she never disappoints! She listens to my ideas for my haircut and color and also offers her professional advice and my hair always comes out perfect! Everyone at the salon is so sweet and welcoming! Recently my fiancé needed to get a haircut but hasn’t had the best luck at barbershops. I reached out to Alli to see about getting him in because he really needed his hair done before our wedding. She was able to work him into her schedule the next day to ensure his hair looks perfect for our wedding! My fiancé’s hair looks amazing and he had a wonderful experience there as well!
Legit cannot recommend this place enough. I absolutely dread getting my hair done because it always feels cold and soulless. I also feel like most hairstylists aren’t artists… I booked this on a whim from positive feedback on Reddit, and I’m so glad I did. Alli was such a dope human and did an incredible job with my hair. I really didn’t know what I wanted, but she took the time to look up some pics with me and ultimately helped me figure out what would work best for my hair. When we were finished I felt like I needed a little more shaping around my face. She, without hesitation, sat me back in her chair and did some final touch ups.
