They were nice and easy to get along with but the quality of service was bad. I asked for kinky braids and didn’t get the quality of braids for the amount of money that I paid. I specifically called and asked how many packs of hair to bring, the lady told me to buy 7 and she only used 4 packs. I can’t return the hair and my hair doesn’t look like it was professionally done. Amateur work for kinky braids. Find another place if you want your kinky braids to be done professionally.Service: Braids

They did my starter locs off my 4 inch Afro and they’re still holding up well even after a month. Great service if you’d ask me. I wasn’t uncomfortable at all. I plan to go back for my first maintenance pretty soon...

I am giving 2 stars because the first time that I went to this salon, I had a great experience. The 2nd time-not so much. The braids were too tight; the style wasn’t what I requested and when I attempted to have the issues corrected, I received push back and poor customer service. I will NOT return
