Nice salon, specially great service by Gabriel. He remembers the smallest details about my haircut preferences. Got my haircut and beard trimmed under $20. One of the best salons around shadyside area.

The whole process from booking an appointment to getting my cut went very smoothly. The specialists present were very professional yet welcoming. My favorite spot to get a haircut atm.

Admittedly, I don't get the online booking...too high above this gen x er's tech ability, but I called and someone answered my questions about this and it worked out both times. I had the same person cut both my kids' hair for continuity of style and expertise each time we went, (I'm not sure if they had the same stylist both times, but both times the same person worked with both kids...but Great Clips would know. They take notes on who and what, and I like that.)
