I walked in with my daughters and made appointments for the following week on the spot. I paid upfront for one to have braids done and for the other, I waited because she needed to separate hairstylists to complete her look (one for braid and one for a cut). It's been over a month due for me to make this post but I have to say that they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. They took their time and made my girls feel at ease. They got the looks EXACTLY like my girls were asking for and we hadn't had that happen EVER when getting our hair done by anyone else. The stylist did NOT waste HAIR!! What our usual stylist elsewhere was using 8bags for--she used 2 AND heard the PLEA for it not to look like a mop on their heads!! The facility is SUPERB and professional. My phobia of getting my hair done by anyone else (because mine became so terribly damaged) has been soothed. I'll be bringing the rest of my girls in AND I'll come in for a chop-off to repair and regrow my hair. This is the best-kept secret in Pittsburgh.
