This location is the best in the greater Pittsburgh region. I’ve had hair cut by Jared, Lisa, and Phil. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND every single time I’ve been to the store. Phil was especially diligent when I had to collect a hair sample for a lab sample. He is attention to detail, graceful, and customer-based. I love coming to these location and seeing them, because they make my day every time- aside from the amazing haircuts they do!

I'm going thru chemo and wanted the last of my hair removed the woman who cut my hair was so gentle and caring. Imagine my surprise when she informed me there was no charge with their kindness program.

First time going to Great Clips today and my son (age 12) received a nice haircut from Jared. We had a coupon so the cost was only $9. Can’t beat that. Staff was pleasant. The place is very clean, well maintained and has plenty of seating while you wait. We waited about 30 minutes because we didn’t check in online first. We know to do that next time.
