I've dealt with several different HVAC places, and Gravener is top notch! At least twice so far, they were able to help me troubleshoot a problem over the phone/email without even seeing anything in person. And as such, I was able to get things temporarily working until they came by to do a proper fix. The prior HVAC place sent a person out here in person, where they should have been able to see/hear the cause of the problem. All they did is clean the flame sensor and suggest that we completely redo the furnace exhaust system, and they had the audacity of charging hundreds (and proposing thousands) for things completely unrelated to the problem. Jim is knowledgeable, courteous, and is excellent at what he does. I couldn't imagine even considering any other place for HVAC needs.
Thanks to the staff (and the cooler weather) we got comfortably thru a weekend w/o AC. Thankfully an inexpensive & quick fix . Glad i found them when i bought the house in 2022. Scheduling my fall service call now.
The best customer service ! Service was quick and resolved my issues and took the time to talk with me about preventative maintenance and exactly what they were doing . Cleaned up after job and are very professional , highly recommend.
