Golden Nail Salon is a decent nail shop in the Robinson area with a friendly, family atmosphere. The staff is incredibly nice, very kind, and sweet, creating a loving, happy, and very chill environment. They greet you the moment you walk in the door and are often able to take you right away, even without an appointment. The salon offers manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, full sets, acrylics, and dipped nails, along with amazing hand massages and foot massages in massage chairs. Many customers report good nails for a good price, with some designs coming out absolutely incredible and following a picture perfectly. However, experiences with service quality can be inconsistent. While some are highly satisfied and definitely plan to return, others find the service disappointing. Some reviews mention that gel polish peeled off quickly, application could be inconsistent, and techniques or supplies sometimes feel outdated or old-fashioned. On rare occasions, a technician may not follow a specific request. The salon itself can seem a bit outdated. Overall, it is a place with very friendly people and a family environment, but some believe it could benefit from updating techniques and procedures.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this salon. While the staff was incredibly nice and created a friendly, family atmosphere, the quality of service was disappointing.
I had a gel manicure, but the nail polish started peeling off just two days after my appointment. The application was inconsistent, with the technician painting outside the lines. The salon itself seemed outdated, and even the process for removing the gel felt old-fashioned.

Got my nails done for prom. They came out absolutely incredible followed my picture to a T even came with an amazing hand. Massage❤️ People that work there are very, very friendly and greet you the moment that you walk in the door highly recommend good nails for a good price, definitely will be back.
my grandma decided to take us here today for a girls day. she loves going here it's her go to but def not mine. she called the place around noon to schedule an appointment for "1 DIPPED nail manicure and pedicure (for me) and what ever else for her". she said that she would be able to take us today at 1. we ended up getting there a little early and i showed her what i wanted for my dipped nails. she said that we could start with the pedicure since i was getting normal nail polish so they could dry while i get my nails done. the pedicure was really good not going to lie, they had massage chairs, they weren't messy, and the staff was really nice. and i walked over the one of the stations to go get my nails done and the owner Lynn (i think that's how you spell it) insisted that i get acrylic even when i said no to that, my grandma said no, and when she called she even asked for a DIPPED MANICURE! but she didn't listen and did it anyway. the nails were very good overall. SUMMARY : staff - very kind ambiance - very chill even though they scream at there coworkers but good. they also have a tv (with cc) 5/10 recommended
