We had (yet another) pinhole leak in a basement pipe. Frew’s plumber came out right on time and quickly replaced the old pipe with pex. He was very professional and kind. Will definitely use Frew again!

I was very pleased with the plumbing work and the Frew employee who performed it. It was a difficult repair and was accomplished in a very reasonable amount of time. I will definitely being calling Frew first for future plumbing needs.

We were dismayed to find water coming through our ceiling one morning. Adam from Frew helped diagnose where the water was coming from, since we thought it was the upstairs shower but ended up discovering that it was clean and dry. He didn't get frustrated despite it taking longer than originally thought, and was able to find the leak and replace the section of pipe above our ceiling and fix the problem. His personality and Clarity of explanation and discussion made all the difference- very different than your standard plumber cliche. We feel like we got good value for the time he put into it. We'll be calling them again for future issues.
