Called to ask if they take walk-ins and the man who answered the phone said no then immediately hung up

Called to kindly ask if they use electronic payments via cell phone, guy said "NO." then hung up on me and as I hung up I noticed he had canceled my appointment. As far as professionalism goes, this is not how to do business.
