I love this place but 1 of the staff members is TRASH! She oversteps her boundaries and barely knows what she’s talking about, always asking the coworkers for answers and she’s been there A WHILE…
Small office feel with big personality!!! Have been going here for years!! Dr and personnel are very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with my glasses and warranty and they fixed them right up with no issues or charge!! Much appreciated!!
UPDATE: Things have been significantly better since I mad this review. The staff answers when we call, they return calls, they are pleasant and just all around better than it was a year ago. So I am updating my review. I will however leave the original up as it was that bad a year ago and hope they never let it get that way again.We’ve been going here for over 5 years now. We’ve never had an issue. Now that the office is under new management and staff it’s gone downhill. The old staff ordered my daughters new frames because hers broke. That was in July. It’s now October and we still have no frames. I’ve been calling since august and no response and no one picks...read full review
