The girls were friend how ever the nail tech rushed and felt pushy with upgrading services. I asked for short oval, which I did get. However, my nail are thick and look like I have nail fungus in how thick and lumpy the dip was. Also the dip is starting to crack not even 12 hours after getting them done. I will not be retuning 85.00 was huge waste of money for me.
This was one of the worst pedicure experiences I have ever had- maybe if you just go for a mani they are better but do not use this place for a group outing. I made a reservation for a group of 7 and asked multiple times if we would all be able to sit together and get our pedicures at the same time (it often has to be staggered which I would have understood and planned for). When I arrived one person from my party had already been seated and I was told I could not sit next to her- even though there were open seats all around her. and was rushed to a seat far away. only 3 of us could get a pedicure at the same time. Me and my mom have been coming here for the last year or so for gel pedicures and we love it! The place always looks clean and the nail techs are always so nice! They’re good with managing their schedules and we’ve never had to wait past an appointment time and they’re always generous with walk ins.
