The attitude. Improve the salon tech's attitude. I've never been so 'shamed' into wanting to get a basic, regular polish pedicure. When I basically had to demand just regular polish, the tech was extremely rough and unprofessional during my entire service. There are so many other options. Choose somewhere else. (My children got me a gift certificate for Christmas which is the only reason I went here).
I came in to get a fill and gel polish change. I had asked for french tips with pink instead of white, and nude/natural color for the rest (to cover the white tips). The tech had a really hard time with this, and kept sighing and even said they were ready to be done with them. I also was hit with a moving drill bit on my finger -- which I get accidents happen but they didn't apologize at all. I honestly was too afraid to say anything because the techs weren't very kind to the customers.. one customer came in and asked to have one nail fixed, and the tech was quick to say no and that they would not be fixing it. Absurd - a little pedi for a 12 year old girl that was barely done - like nail color alone - was $35. If they gave her the full treatment that would be different, but they were clearly salty that we weren't getting gels. Kinda dirty too. Do not bother
