you get what you pay for. and less. NEVER AGAIN. i should know better than a mall pedi. my feet werent even a mess the minute i said ill have the $35 basic pedi (i barely had time for that) she had no interest in service. asked for square got a myriad of rounded and square each toe is diff. it doesnt take effort to file in a straight line. i could have done better myself. the "scrub" felt like a feather dusting. gone are the days of a proper asian spa pedi. i still tipped 25% cause i know they make $h!t. i wish my dormont massage spa on w lib ave would open a nail salon!!!!Service: Pedicure

Went in for a soak off, realized there was still acrylic on my hands after going next door to Sally’s. I came back and they absolutely refused to take the remainder off. I didn't understand the problem and they were literally yelling. I just left. Never again.Service: Synthetic nail removal

I knew the reviews were bad, but I was stuck at the mall awaiting a phone repair and couldn't resist the lure of a pedicure. At $35, I'd say it's an average price for a pedicure with below average service. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I wouldn't say it was a horrible experience, just extremely brief. Something to keep in mind if you're in the market for a mall visit. The salon itself is pretty and I'm hopeful their tools are clean given the overall aesthetic and the bevy of sterilizers in the rear of the shop... fingers crossed -- pun intended.
