I've been seeing Dr. Ross for most of a decade, now. The service I get in this little office is better than any chain I've tried. Insurance and billing are a breeze, and the selection of frames is far better and more currant than you'd expect from much bigger storefronts.

Just wanted some new glasses. My insurance is taken here so I thought I'd stop by. They were wonderful. Showed me the glasses that would be completely covered by my insurance. Complemented and helped with my twi kids that came with me. They were amazing. And I love my glasses. I'm planning on only going here in the future.

I chose to go here after reading the reviews. The receptionist was so kind and loved how she handled everything for me. She took care of my insurance details so I didn't have to pull any of the cards upon reaching. She's kind and amazing.The doctor was extremely patient and great at listening to your concerns. Awesome experience overall and will recommend any one who wants to find an optometrist in Pittsburgh. Also, they have a great collection of frames, everything looks like it is carefully chosen.
