We were very interested in building Eco Craft's Luna floorplan, but unfortunately we had such a poor experience with the initial sales consultation that we never made to construction.I sent emails a couple times to the sales rep with all of our information and questions - our budget, what floorplan we liked, told them our difficulty with finding a lot and asked if they help find lots, etc. The rep never actually addressed any of that information, and would usually reply by asking for the same information I had just included.
