Abby and Dr.Ortiz are amazing with Penelope! She is reactive with appointments and the techs always give her lots of patience and put her feelings first! Even though Penelope is spicy I can tell she loves everyone here! ?
Took our cat Michi here to be spayed after switching our vet over to East End. Staff was very professional and on top of it, even acknowledging Michi's underlying health issues. Price was about $500 cheaper than what we were quoted at our last vet
We love this Vet and have seen multiple providers. Each once treated us and our animals with respect and compassion. The desk staff are also so warm and friendly. Thanks for all of your service to the animals of Pittsburgh. We appreciate you!
