I always love coming here to treat myself to a fresh blowout! The experience is consistently great, never a bad visit. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality service and a relaxing atmosphere!
Made a same day appointment I have not had my hair professionally washed or styled in years I’m in the first trimester of pregnancy and just wanted to have someone take care of me.as I don’t have the energy to do it for myself right now .I walked in was greeted so nicely and didn’t have to wait long for my stylist . I want to say I am a biracial woman with THICK curly hair. I did make her aware that I hadn’t paid for a service in years. She was so sweet and seemed very confident she could do my hair. I've had Drybar memberships in the past when I was living in Miami and LA, but since moving back to Pittsburgh I hadn't visited the location in Upper St Clair. Booked a blow out appointment on a whim the night prior. Walked in, was greeted warmly by the front desk team, was introduced to my stylist Charae, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish in the salon chair. I asked for a 90s Denise Richards, and Charae 100% delivered. Soft, touchable, large barrel curls with a LOT of body.
