Excellent in many ways. Owner Ken and his wife are very nice people, the members are all very social ably, wr know each other by name. At this gym there is no judgement toward anyone !
Fantastic independently owned athletic club. All amenities of the chains, intimacy of knowing the guy who owns it is in the office to help with any questions or concerns. No pressure or contracts for memberships. I couldn't be happier
I just moved to the area and joined this gym today. I went and checked out all the gyms in the area and this one is easily at the top. Really awesome gym. The owner was a cool guy, super friendly. The gym is top notch. All the equipment you need. No matter what level fitness you are, this is your place. I've been in my fair share of gyms over the years and this is honestly one of the best. I'd highly recommend this place to anybody. Give it a try. You'll be glad you did
