David Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center: Mount Lebanon

Used in the past for after back surgery and just used for my shoulder pain to avoid surgery. They are a fantastic group who have helped me greatly and would absolutely go back whenever I need physical therapy for whatever reason. The people are very nice, and very helpful. A great place. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent care. Friendly team...all very knowledgeable. Every question answered. Needed physical therapy after torn rotator cuff surgery and I'm glad I chose David Therapy. Highly recommend.

Went to David PT in Mt Lebanon for post op rehab on my reverse shoulder replacement and could not be happier with the outcome. The entire team is very kind, helpful and professional. Special shoutout to David Farrah, he developed an excellent treatment plan and kept me on track. Also, Brian and Ryan who made sure I was doing my exercises correctly and were very encouraging.

I’ve been taking my client into this facility before her knee surgery and also after surgery. I have had plenty of time to observe, plus I’ve worked in a physical therapy facility. Not once have I been disappointed in the service that my client received. From the check in with Rody (not sure of the spelling) to the head Physical Therapist Jeremy & everybody in between. Every person working there steps up to help every client that walks through the door.
The wait time to be seen is minimal, if any wait time at all. Regardless if you are early or late they fit you in and that alone says a lot.
Seriously an amazing facility with awesome people. I can not say enough good things about this place. Thanks for everything! Keep being awesome!

After injuring my knee on the job and having surgery, I had a long road back before I was able to work. Once I realized I could choose my PT location, there was only one choice in my mind - David Physical Therapy. I had used them once before for a shoulder rehab.

They are family owned and it shows! They really care.

I was super nervous about the road to recovery, and they were amazing. Patient, clear communicators, encouraging, gave me hope and kept me on track to get back to the work I love to do.
From the office staff, to the Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainers - everyone knows your name, gets to know your story and helps you to overcome your challenges.
