Cassandra, a dietitian, was beyond amazing, offering a calm perspective and an understanding tone that I only wish other health care professionals would emulate. She allayed my fears and solved every issue, I’m more grateful than I can express. The delivery person, Shaneen, is an absolute gem and was kind, caring, and so considerate. This company is phenomenal and they made this transition from facility to home one that I can now face with confidence.
I've never had any issues with them until recently when I moved out and can no longer use a sharps container with my dad. They told me that they don't have sharps containers and sent me a number for the manufacturer. I then had to go through an act of congress just to get one sharps container. Now, I have half-hour long phone calls with the insurance every time I need a new one, all because they have to make it hard when it doesn't need to be. If I don't like it, they suggested I can spend my own hard-earned money for sharps containers online.

They call to check on your refill, which has been a life saver for me because I am forgetful! My medication is always delivered on time and so safely packaged! This is an amazing pharmacy!
