Had appointment today at 330pm. Got there and waited 20 minutes before leaving because door was locked and no one answered the phone

I made an appointment for this morning three days ago. I arrived on time and the building was locked. I waited outside in the cold for ten minutes before trying to call. No answer.

Went in on a Friday to get my hair cut and they were all booked, so I scheduled for Tuesday of the following week at 430. I had to leave work early to make sure I got there on time and when I get there the place is closed and I can’t even call because no one will answer. Will never go back.
