I have had this service for several years & have been pleased . There has been a few times they had to come back without any hesitation they obliged promptly and reapplied the service . I do have one problem with the service the techs are always very nice and accommodating but they eventually quit! I have had exceptional service from them but they all say the same thing, management or owners are not nice to the employees and as a result the quit! This is upsetting! They always did a good job so why do they all quit!!!! I think the owners should re examine how their employees are treated & correct the problem.
On whole your product work. We really don’t have much bugs Occasionally we see some spiders and stink bugs. Most of the technicians are friendly and respectful of our property. Some mix the chemicals where we don’t get white reminents on our wood flooring. Some leave a mess.
I started using this company about 6 months ago and am pleased. Zach, the technician is very thorough and accommodating. He is very knowledgeable and has helped with tips to better keep our home pests free. The price is very reasonable for this service. I would definitely recommend them.
