Service i received was great however they should work on scheduling part…I called in and scheduled an appointment 2/5 weeks before and never received any confirmation text or email, got there 10 minutes before my appointment and I was told that I didn’t have appointment scheduled:(I showed her when did I call and what timeLady at the front desk checked my name, number and still couldn’t find, luckily she was able to find available slot with other person and I didn’t have to wait. Iended up having great service, Mia was great, super nice, the way she does her job is just exceptional, she makes waxing less painful and quick.Definitely would be coming back

OMG! 10/10! This place is ADORABLE.. and super clean! The lady at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. I booked with Alana- it was my first Brazilian wax and i couldn’t have asked for a better esthetician! She told me everything she was going to do, kept conversation, and has a great personality. It hurt (of course) but it probably would’ve been a lot worse without her! I drove an hour to get there and will continue to come- so worth it :)
