The check engine light appeared on my car's dashboard and the engine started to misfire. I had an issue with my ignition coils and my sparks. I called them yesterday and they had an auto mechanic come to my home in 2 hours. The auto mechanic diagnosed my car, brough the materials, and fixed my vehicle in less than 2 hours. I loved how the mechanic fixed my car while I was relaxing and napping at my place. It's super convenient and it was way cheaper than what Pep Boys was going to charge. I utilized their service yesterday and today (Monday, Jan 16, 2023). I was pleased to see the quality of their service. It is just GREAT. My wife and I were planning to buy a used car from Marketplace, and we asked help from Big B's auto to send a mechanic to our preferred location (2 different locations) to check the cars for the diagnostic test. They showed up on time even if today is a national holiday. The cars have been checked with all minute details including inspection requirements. I called Big B’s bc my radiator was shot. He ordered a new one & it was delivered to my house. When it arrived, I called & scheduled the service. Had my truck towed to his place & he also found that my valve cover gaskets needed replaced as well. He had me back up & running quickly!! I highly recommended using their services! I will definitely be coming back in the near future for preventive maintenance & all of my vehicles needs going forward. His prices are fair as well & he is very professional.
